Islabank Farmhouse is a delightful traditional, very comfortable farmhouse with plenty of character and is equally suited to families, as well as two guests who simply require a little more space.

The sitting room has an beautiful open fire place and views out across the fields.

The kitchen is open plan to the dining area and is spacious and well equipped.

The Farmhouse has three bedrooms; a twin room on the ground floor and additional twin room and double room upstairs.

There is a shower room/WC on the ground floor and upstairs bathroom/WC with over the bath power shower and a second bathroom/WC with a fabulous double ended roll top bath and separate shower cubicle.

The stunning garden extends to half an acre and is fully enclosed. Garden furniture is also included to allow al fresco dining and enjoyment of the scenery. Cycle store is also provided. Electricity and oil is included (£45 additional charge in winter).

The Farmhouse also includes two televisions (one satellite), two video players (small library of videos), DVD player, electric blankets, and an automatic washing machine/tumble dryer. Local shops in Meigle and Alyth are within three miles of Islabank farmhouse.

Please note there is no mainline phone at Islabank farmhouse as it has good mobile phone coverage.

Both properties have ample parking, radio/cassette/CD, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, travel cot and high chair (by arrangement). Duvets, bed linen and towels are also provided. Both Islabank Farmhouse and Osprey Cottage can be booked together to sleep 10 people. Non-smokers only. Tesco and Asda will deliver. Dogs very welcome for an additional charge of £25 each.

Arrival and Departure information

The cottages are let Saturday to Saturday. The properties will be ready from 3pm on the day of arrival and we request you leave by 10 am on the day of departure. This gives us time to prepare the properties between lets.
