Welcome to the Ruthven and Cardean Estate which has been in the Ivory family since 1974. Set in 2000 acres of rolling farmland in the stunning Vale of Strathmore, our two beautifully renovated holiday cottages offer you the perfect ‘home from home’ experience from which to explore Scotland.
We pride ourselves on attention to detail and make sure that our cottages are extremely well equipped and comfortable to ensure you have the most relaxing holiday possible.
The setting is simply idyllic with wildlife all around and our herds of beef cattle peacefully grazing the surrounding fields. With so many wonderful tourist attractions within easy reach you can plan something different for each day knowing that when you return your cottage will be warm, cosy and inviting.
